The Short Straw

When it comes to equality, women drew the short straw... I mean really, think about it.

When you compare a woman's lot in life with that of a man what the hell is fair about it...

A woman has nearly twice as many hormones as a man and we all know how lovely that can be...
Puberty...for a guy means  a few woodies now and again and maybe some zits and body hair...but a girl gets mood swings, boobs ( and if your lucky they both come at the same time), zits, mood swings, cramps and bleeding....how nice...

We lucked out by being the ones to pro-create...so when ever our over whelming hormones push us into love with some groping zit faced horny little teenage boy, we run the risk of getting pregnant...greeeaaaaattt

The whole menstruation thing is annoying as hell, it would be fine if it was just a one off...but noooooooo it comes back every month...to torture us with those oh so lovely stomach cramps, rage, tears and yes more bleeding....

Then there is the total unfairness of keeping house....I would like to know at what point in human history it was agreed upon  that a woman's lot in life was to pick up her husbands dirty underwear...and clean toilets... I mean, I know I for one would not have signed THAT bloody document. Now I know there are some men who occasionally run the vacuum cleaner over the carpet and take the trash out to the bins but in generally it falls to the woman of the house to keep it running ship shape

...to come up with a pallet titillating menu every day,

keep her family in clean clothes, pay the bills so the utilities don't get cut off and wear a smile while we do it....besides working a 9-5 kind of job....what the hell is with that and why don't we get a super hero costume to wear, after all those all add up to some pretty super human efforts... to top it all off, we are expected to raise loving well adjusted kids, provide sexual favours 7 days a week for our man and enjoy every cotton picking minute of it....ohhhhh pleaaaaasse... the Suzie Homemaker thing is a myth

who the hell can compete with that.

A man and woman doing the same job, and the man gets paid more per hour...that's not fair...there are men's teams in the NHL but no women's teams...no women even playing on men's teams...no women's soccer teams, or football teams... Why are the men's big golf tournaments more prestigious that the women's. Why aren't there many female pilots for major airlines...it's a mans world that's why...and they like it that way...keep the little woman barefoot and pregnant and she can't get into trouble...
Men get to go fishing

and the little wife gets to stay home with screaming kids...
and a bitch of a mother in law...

Now I can't begin to say what it is like in your little corner of the world... but in my little corner there is still a very unbalanced division of the work....  I help him by driving the tractor, combine haybine and truck, I rake and bale hay, straw and green feed. I help him work the cattle, I help fence. I mow lawn, I keep the garden, I help feed and when we are done outside...I come in and make meals, he sits on the couch with the remote in his hand and watches news or weather...and just before it is all on the table he thinks to ask...is there anything I can help with.     !!*#^%^&*&_*+???!!!!
I have friends that are older than us...they are in their 70's....retired from farming now totally, no cows,  rents all the land out...so he sits and watches sports on TV, and she has to cook, clean, pay the bills and when he wants to go out and pound in a fence post or two....he makes her go with him...to help...but he never, makes coffee, makes them a sandwich, clears the table off after supper or does dishes...he just stands up and goes back to the TV...so women don't get to retire....ever...they just get tired...

Men get old and can't get it up anymore...women get menopause....That is sooooooo not fair...menopause sucks...but at least the men aren't pestering us for sex anymore...ahahahhaah   because with the mood swings a menopausal woman experiences she just might do something crazy...ahahahaha  (a Lorena Bobbit)
