Some People are never Satisfied !

What the hell..... something weird is going on with my sense of smell....it is freakish...I can smell EVERYTHING..... and I mean everything.  We had a bought a really nice mattress cover for the new bed and when we took it from the box....it smelled horrible...like formaldehyde...or something chemical.... so after 2 washings and a week of airing...it is better....not perfect but better...so

With our new room now installed....I have had a horrible headache ever since...and we decided it was the smell from the cabinetry....lacquer, stain, melamine etc....off gassing I suppose...we have kept both windows wide open and a fan running to air it out...but last night the neighbour started a root pile that is 40 ft. x 100 ft. long, on fire...and the smoke just gravitated to our yard....so we had to close all the windows in the house on a really warm night...just so I wouldn't have an asthma attack....it is still smokey this morning....great...finally get rid of the BC smoke and now we have it local...what a dink... so ya, some people are never satisfied...here I am with this lovely new room...and I am whining about the smell...  I know it will take a few weeks for it to dissipate...but until then, headache central.... we keep the door closed with a towel across the bottom....but it floors you when you walk in there....hahahahah always something.
